The Enneagram: Your Inner Quest Begins

Ever hear a word that sounds kind of... weird? “Enneagram” might be one of those words. If this is your first time seeing it, welcome. You’re not behind. You’re not late. You’re right on time.

Maybe you’re here because you’re tired of hitting the same patterns. Maybe you’re craving more clarity, or depth in your relationships. Or maybe… you just like a good personality quiz. (I see you.) Wherever you're starting from, this is the beginning of a fun and insightful inner quest — one that leads you to the parts of yourself that you knew was there but never understood why.

The Enneagram is your map.

It’s not here to tell you who you are- it’s here to help you notice how you’ve been showing up, and offer you new pathways inward. Each type has its own motivations, fears, gifts, and blind spots. Once you learn your type, things start clicking into place- old behaviors make sense, compassion deepens, and real change becomes possible.

Over the next several posts, we’ll travel together through the terrain of all nine types- exploring their secret strengths, sneaky struggles, and the surprising ways each one can come alive with more presence, grace, and joy.

But for now, don’t overthink it. You don’t have to “get it” all today. Just bring your curiosity. That’s all you need.

This isn’t a test. It’s a treasure hunt. And the treasure is you- the real you, beneath the layers, stories, and stress.

So grab your journal, a cup of tea, and your sense of wonder- and let’s Begin Within.

With love and breath,

Cathy
